Lightweight and a low drop: Brooks Pureflow, Hoka Challenger, but I also dearly love my Brooks Cascadias

My Rocket dog, school, how much I love/hate running, the coffee waiting for me at the end

Q: What has been the best advice you have ever received?
Always have another cup of coffee.

In the mountains on trails, anything but pavement
