Our lightest Alphafly yet features a ZoomX midsole to help cushion impact with the road and Air Zoom units to return your energy. A wider carbon-fiber Flyplate helps deliver a propulsive, stable ride, while the midsole and outsole are now fully connected for improved transitions.
We rigorously tested the Alphafly 3 in the Nike Sport Research Lab on all types of foot strikes. The result is a widened footbed and fully connected outsole that enables a better fit and natural heel-to-toe transitions.
